The athlete registration process for the 2024-2025 school year is now open in Aktivate (formerly RMA). All athletes must have a completed physical as well as accurate and current insurance information in Aktivate to participate in athletic activities. A completed Aktivate registration for a given sport is required to make a team. It is easier to register for all sports the student-athlete intends to play at one time. Please review the instructions below carefully before using the Aktivate link to have your parents complete the registration process.
DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE - USE THE FORGOT PASSWORD IF NEED BE
Accounts need to belong to the parent/guardian, not the student. Parents can have one account that has multiple athlete profiles, even if they don't attend the same school. Parents create profiles within their accounts for each student-athlete and must select the correct school to start the registration process.
DO NOT CREATE A NEW STUDENT-ATHLETE PROFILE IF YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE.
Select all sports the student-athlete may participate in.
Carefully read when filling out, especially the high school check. The number one mistake made is when people are registering, they get in the grove of clicking they agree to all the legal agreements and continue that process into the high school check. Read the scenarios closely and choose the one that fits your situation. Here are all the yes-no questions so you can review them before seeing them one at a time in Aktivate. If you are not sure what it is, like an F1 Visa, it probably is not the right one. Student-athletes who currently attend Silverado are more than likely going to choose the "Student Name attended Silverado High School during the last 12 months and will continue attending Silverado High School this school year." option.
Uploading Physical Documents
MAKE SURE YOU UPLOAD THE CORRECT DOCUMENT TO THE CORRECT SPOT
Either upload the first page signed with the opt-out checkbox checked (student-athlete can't have a HUDL account) or all remaining pages with all lines initialed, email address to be used by the student in email line (item 7) and all signatures on the final page (student-athlete can have HUDL account).
The form must be completed by a licensed physician and signed. Only the final page (7) should be submitted in Aktivate. The remaining pages are to be kept by the patient or physician. Page 7 clearly states at the top to be submitted while all other pages say not to be shared.
