Accomodating 3,000 fans, the lower bowl consists of 550 chair-backed seats and the upper level has 550 bleacher seats. Lawn seating is available down the left and right field foul lines. The facility contains a full-service concession stand and restrooms available on the concourse level. The Press Box and Hospitality Suites are accessible by stairs or elevator. The Erik Walker Suite is the main hospitality room and is dedicated in honor of former 49ers baseball standout Erik Walker who tragically lost his life in Fall of 2006. The Erik Walker Suite includes a sun deck with covered tables as well as an inside suite featuring stadium-style seating. It’s a great place to watch a game with a group and can be reserved for private parties through the Charlotte 49ers Athletic Foundation.

The Press Box area contains two radio booths, one television booth and a conference room. The main Press Box area serves as the operations center on game days. This area houses the Public Address Announcer, Scoreboard Operator, Statistician and media covering the game. The facility underwent a $55,000 upgrade before the 2013 season, with expanded dugouts and an expanded first-base bullpen and batting cage area. Prior to the 2016 season, a $300,000 synthetic turf infield was put in place to help with snow/rain issues in the spring. New infield turf was installed prior to the 2022 season, including the introduction of a turf pitching mound for the first time in facility history. The outfield remains bermuda grass. The Charlotte 49ers continue to enhance the fans gameday experience. Fans get treated to fun promotions throughout the games. A digital scoreboard with message board was installed with the new scoreboard in time for the 2008 season.

Located adjacent to the Baseball Diamond, the Wells Fargo Fieldhouse contains locker rooms for softball, baseball, mens soccer and womens soccer. Just steps away from the field of competition. an auxiliary athletic training room is housed within, as well as a locker room used by officials for softball and baseball games. The Fieldhouse includes a hospitality room with floor to ceiling windows on two-sides. The hospitality room is used for various meetings and receptions in concert with events in the Phillips Athletic Complex.
