NEW! Community Garage Sale
Glenwood CC is pleased to be offering our community a chance to rent a table and sell your "stuff" on Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 9am to 3pm. If you do not wish to rent a table but have items to donate, please drop off your items at our Centre (larger items will need approval from us first). Upcoming City of Winnipeg Road Closures
The City of Winnipeg will be doing some much needed road repairs near our Community Centre commencing May 2024. They have assured us they will be done by the deadlines mentioned below. Please be aware of these closures as they will affect how you enter our parking lot.
Blenheim Avenue - closed from May to end of August, 2024
Overton Street - closed July and August 2024
Dunraven Avenue to Overton Street - closed September to November, 2024
For July & August, the only access to the Community Centre is thru the backlane running off of Des Meurons Street and Harrowby Avenue.
Volunteers Needed!
With so many fun and exciting events and activities coming up, we are looking for some helping hands to ensure these events are a success! If you are interested in volunteering with us and in particular these events, please visit our Volunteer tab to sign up!
Social Hall and Room Rentals
Are you looking for a venue to host a social, birthday party, board meeting, etc.? Glenwood Community Centre offers many different rooms to rent that will fit your needs. For more information, please visit our Rentals tab. And to book a space, please ensure you complete our Rental Request Form which can be found under our Social Hall Rental tab or our Multipurpose/Gym Rental tab.

Volleyball & Basketball Court Rentals
Glenwood Community Centre now offers Volleyball and Basketball Court Rentals! Please visit our Court Rentals page for more information.
Information Puck and Stick and Public Skating
Our free Puck and Stick and Public Skating program will be offered until June 2, 2024! Please note that our Calendar of Events is updated every Monday by 5:00pm. If there is no Puck and Stick/Public Skating identified on the calendar, this means there will be nothing for that week. We would kindly ask that no phone calls be made to the office in regard to these times, as all information is on the website. Butchie Bruins Skate Sharpening & Pro Shop
Butchie Bruins' Skate Shop is now closed for the season. If you require hockey tape, water bottles, etc. please visit the canteen to purchase.
Pickleball
Drop-in Pickleball is now at Glenwood Community Centre! For more information and to sign up, please visit our Pickleball page. April dates are now available for sign-up. Due to popular request, we have now added in Sunday time slots. These commence April 28, 2024.
